The MyCare Plan diary was developed by the Jreissati Pancreatic Centre as a guide to help you navigate your pancreatic cancer diagnosis and treatment. 

This resource is available in an A5 binder format, designed to help you manage your healthcare information effectively. It features a folder for safely keeping your medical documents and provides space for recording important details like medical appointments, treatment plans, side effects, and dietary information. The binder also includes our comprehensive patient and nutrition guides, to help guide you through your diagnosis, treatment, diet and pain management all in one place.
